Our stay was enhanced by thorough cleaning and the hotel's perfect location, allowing easy access to various attractions. However, the room was quite small for our family needs.

Make sure you stay in the king room on the higher floors. The hotel is in the very central location accesible to everything.

Let's start.. the hotel is great located, the hotel employees are great and very friendly. I liked the detail of the staff in letting me take a tray with what I wanted for my partner's breakfast. Pretty comfortable bathroom.
The parking lot (not the hotel) is only one street away but it is quite expensive despite the small discount for staying at the hotel. The room to be a double superior and have a high cost has nothing to wish, has a mini bar something concise, comfortable shower tray but lacked a bathtub to relax, the bed seemed to be on wheels because with the slightest movement moved too, with respect to breakfast ... could improve a lot, there are hotels with lower category and very good breakfast! In short, a normal room with or without a view of the city is enough, it is not necessary to spend a pasture in a superior one only for 4 soft drinks and a teapot.

location is perfect; right in the centre of Madrid. For shopping or touring. I have already stayed in this hotel several times and I always feel comfortable. breakfast is super varied and complete. It is served on the mezzanine floor and you can enjoy the views of the Gran Via. Pilar the breakfast waitress is a real charmer! She is always attentive to all the details! The Wifi works perfectly and bathrooms are comfortable in relation to the size of the room. At the reception. Lucia. Marina, Jimena have always helped me with everything, As soon as I arrived, I requested LCO 6pm and was granted with a supplement of 25 Euros. Thank you Lucia for making this possible, I am a hotelier and I understand the operation of hotels. time! they have surprised me with an upgrade to the 7th floor (room 722). room for two with a view of the Gran Via, It's a pleasure. THANK YOU! I certainly recommend Tryp Gran Via and will be back soon!
To mention something for improvement, the bathroom screen (room 722) needs to be adjusted/repaired a little bit as it does not fit in the rubber rail. And the hangers are a bit uncomfortable (they are fixed).

Request a room facing the street for a lively city vibe, but consider earplugs for nighttime noise.

What a very pleasant stay, no reason to complain. Neat and perfect hotel with comfortable location to almost all the landmarks. The rooms with spacious bathroom. Location close enough to a shopping area❤

Central location was great. Two blocks to Metro. Reasonable price. Helpful staff. Great location.
You pay extra for Internet (10eur a day), and for breakfast (14eur). Eggs too runny, carpet threadbare, ancient elevator, which was charming actually. Lots of touring school kids. If you are on a budget, this is a good deal. Not a luxury hotel. All I wanted was clean bed, yes, clean bathroom, yes, breakfast, yes, and Internet, yes. Very easy on Metro all over Madrid.

The hotel is simple, but had everything we needed for our first trip to Madrid. The rooms were airconditioned, clean and had TVs. The hotel was conveniently situated at an entrance to the Metro. The staff were helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was delicious and affordable.
Some of the other clients were a bit noisy at night and the hotel is not well insulated against noise.

The king room had a safe box, central heating and a work desk, facilities worked for us. The hotel had a great and incredible location right by Casino de Madrid. It took us 5 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were pretty friendly.
